The Center has two main functions. The first two floors are the international convention center, and above the 4th Floor they are for the use of a hotel, managed by the world-famous Intercontinental Hotel Group. Tonight the international convention center will start using, and the hotel is planned to go into the trial operation since October this year.
The international convention center includes a 2000 m2 dinner hall of multiple uses, an international conference hall, a videophone conference hall, a round-table conference hall, a multiple press conference hall, etc. Each conference room is equipped with advanced simultaneous interpretation conference systems.
The Animated Cartoon Festival Dinner tonight will be held in the dinner hall on the 1st floor, accommodating 1200 people at the same time.
