On March 26th, the West Lake International Tea Culture Expo 2010 was opening. It would be an expo of outstanding features, many highlights, and tradition break.

Integrated into World Expo Shanghai
Leaders in the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination and the Investment Promotion Committee of World Expo Shanghai China Top Ten Teas, and China Top Ten Tea Hosts attended in this event. The West Lake Longjing Tea Annual First Arrival Festival realized the work objective of being integrated into World Expo Shanghai, publicized and exhibited the charm of the West Lake Longjing Tea and the teamwork of Chinese tea culture, and drove the success of the West Lake Longjing Tea and World Expo Shanghai China Top Ten Teas into the World Expo Shanghai United Nations Hall.

This event emphasized on the promotion of the West Lake Longjing Tea culture, including tea atmosphere, stir-drying tea performance, making tea performance, and tea culture performance. These activities hinted the outstanding cultural deposits and characteristics of the West Lake Longjing Tea.

Featuring Internationalization
This event invited some foreign guests with the help of the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination. Besides, the Foreign Affairs Office Municipal Government of Hangzhou also invited honored guests from foreign affairs units or organizations in Shanghai.
