March 20th, “Handsome Tonglu, Blooming Mountain Flowers 2010”—the 2nd Tonglu Mountain Flower Festival was grand opening in Tonglu, hosted by Tonglu County People’s Government. Mr. Zhang Jianting, attended and addressed to the opening ceremony.
This year’s Mountain Flower Festival aimed at enhancing external communication and reputation, attracting more domestic and international visitors, and increasing farmers’ income for Tonglu County. It was expected a triple-win situation in promoting Tonglu, developing various industries, and establishing own brands.
On the first day, a series of activities were held on site, e.g., Mountain Flower Festival Picture Collection Exhibition, the Ceremony of Famous Artists Donating Pictures, arts performance, Agricultural Products Exhibition, etc.
We note that this year’s Mountain Flower Festival would be open till mid July, various activities including photo shooting, hundreds of cars’ self-driving travelling, Hengcun Temple Fair, the Closing Ceremony of the 2nd Tonglu Mountain Flower Festival and Zhongshan Mountain Honey Pear First Picking Ceremony. |
