The third meeting of conference and exhibition society's second council of Hangzhou held on 27th June at Chun& an Qiandaohu. The conference was presided by yongsheng,Shi, the chairman of Hangzhou conference and exhibition society. After consideration,  vote at the meeting, they decided to appointment the chief of the office of West Lake International Expo Hangzhou exhibition department bingwen, Wang as vice-chairman and secretary-general of the society; appointment the deputy general manager of Zhejiang shimao junlan hotel Wei Pan and the president of Hangzhou international travel service limited corporation lingzhong, Zhang as vice-chairman; appointment the chief of the office of West Lake International Expo Hangzhou festival department wenyuan, Wen, the president of Hangzhou Peace International Convention and Exhibition Center guirong, Shi and the president of  Alibaba Group Ali Exhibition Co., Ltd. Jie Song as deputy secretary-general. At this meeting to vote 13 new units apply for membership units and two individual members.
