On February 19, 2009 afternoon, Leisure Institute of Zhejiang Province held the first meeting of the Secretary-General since the founding of the institute, the Secretary-General and the associated personnel attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the secretary-general lingqiang, zhou reported the society's job in 2008. With the relevant units and departments' strong support and help, the society was getting along well with all work in 2008. The society had 150 individual members, 33 director units now, and 16 were managing directors.

The people who attended the meeting had agreed that there is an urgent need to develop the director and managing director units, and expanding the scope of the director units, especially in sports, health, and culture. The conference pointed that the society should be set up Zhejiang University leisure disciplines, leisure development fund and sound bonus system, the members who made contribution to develop society's directors or construct institute, the society will give a certain amount of bonus.

In order to carry out the work well in 2009, especially to further reinforce contacts and cooperation with the director units, improve the way, mechanisms and content of services for director units, contributing their share to promote the development of leisure management of Zhejiang Province together.
