2012 Zhejiang launching ceremony of Happy Healthy Tour and the 4^th Hangzhou Chaoshan Palm Blossom Festival will be held on Feb. 18^th in Chaoshan. This Palm Blossom Festival is the first event of this year's West Lake EXPO, and the first activity of Yuhang district as well. There are about 20,000 palm trees in Chaoshan. Nearly 30% of them are in full bloom, mainly are wintersweet and white palm.

The Palm Blossom Festival will continue to March. During Feb. 14^th to Feb. 29^th, there are free shuttle buses from Hangzhou Tourist (Yellow Dragon) Center to Chaoshan, Tangqi. Before March 31^th, all visitors from main districts (including Xiaoshan, Yuhang) of Hangzhou can enjoy special price of 40 CNY with ID card or citizen card (original price: 60 CNY).
