The 5th National Life Quality Forum was held in Hangzhou on Dec. 4th, consisting of theme forum of “Promoting Innovative Service of the Government; Convert Means of Economic Development” and a seminar of “2010 Innovative Practice and Outlook of Hangzhou Government.
