Today, Forbes magazine held press conference at Shanghai international convention center, and released the 2008 best commercial list in Chinese mainland at the conference, Hangzhou stayed at number one again. Since 2004, Forbes magazine releases "the best commercial list in Chinese mainland" once a year. According to various indices, about 660 cities in mainland China (including municipalities) were Comprehensive ranked. Hangzhou got the top pick in the best commercial city in the Chinese-language edition of Forbes five years in succession. This played a positive role in expansion of the city's international reputation and influence, showing the best commercial city charm, introduced to promote the work.
