Hangzhou has hosted leisure forums and the Leisure Congress for four consecutive years in 2001, 2004, 2005 and 2006, carrying out in-depth investigations and discussions on leisure, thus greatly facilitating the spreading of leisure concepts as well as the development of the leisure industry at home and abroad, and drawing a beautiful blueprint for the future leisure life. In particular, the 2006 Hangzhou World Leisure Expo was successfully staged; Vice Premier Wu Yi participated in the Leisure High Level Forum and delivered an important speech. These have left us a wealth of legacies and achievements, enhancing Hangzhou's fame as "Oriental Leisure Capital".
